Hi Nancy, Hey there!

Murphy and Tessie are still feeling each other out, but they are getting closer to each other and even ate next to each other tonight. You had said that Murphy likes the water from the tap.. well I can't keep him out of the tub. Every time I walk by the bathroom, he runs from wherever he is and jumps right in there. I attached a photo of his tub dwelling. :) I have also discovered that if I leave shoes out, he will drag them around the house.. He has particularly taken to my house shoes.

Just wanted to send you an update about his first day.

Murphy seems to be pretty nocturnal. Anytime I wake up, he is playing with a toy or running up and down the hallway. I attached a photo of his favorite sleeping spot (so far).

He's shy sometimes, but if I sit on the floor, he immediately hops in my lap for some loving. He won't curl up and nap on my lap yet, but he likes to have his cheeks rub for a few minutes and then he is off to playing again. I have lots of little fake mice all over the house; those are his favorite. Oh, and he LOVES the organic chicken treats.
