     I adopted "Eve" in April of this year - she had been at your 
shelter for 8 months.  She took a week or so to start eating at my 
home, as you may recall, but since then she has been doing great. 

     She's very interested in the outdoors, and enjoys looking out the big 
bow window in the living room.  I've enclosed a picture of her looking 
out a different window.  She uses her kitty bed during the cooler 
nights, but for most of the summer she slept on the bed or the carpet.  
She's settled right in, and is now the queen of the house.

     She is a very curious cat, and a trip to the vet doesn't phase her 
- she wants to roam around the examining room before the vet comes in 
to see her, and she even jumped off the table onto the counter to check 
things out!
