The East Greenwich Animal Protection League has done the following for all the animals in their care:
- Veterinary examination.
- Tested for feline Leukemia and AIDS.
- Treatment for ears mites, parasites and other medical conditions if necessary.
- Distemper shots and also rabies shot if old enough.
- All cats and kittens over 4-6 months have been spayed or neuterered
Our fees have to be raised due to the increase in the cost of veterinary care and boarding.
See above for the care we give our animals before you adopt them. If you did this yourself, it would cost you over $400.
